How product matching works

The order linkhaus looks for a shoppable link, what it refuses to show, and what still waits for a yes.

Matching proposes a link. It does not put that link on the haus until you accept it. Your own monetized link wins when you already have one.

The order

First it looks at links you already sell: a storefront import, an LTK or ShopMy link, or a custom program you saved, on your other products. An exact brand and name can attach. A close photo can be offered for you to accept.

If that finds nothing, it looks at Amazon. That can be the shared catalog of public listing facts, a result already in your Amazon queue, or an Amazon page that has a photo. The shared catalog does not hold your tag, your clicks, or your earnings.

If Amazon finds nothing, it looks at the rest of the web, and it prefers a brand site when a brand was spotted on the piece.

What never gets shown

A result needs both a photo and a price. If either is missing it is dropped and does not show up as a suggestion, including when the name matched exactly.

On the post, suggestions sit under the piece. Add saves the link. The X dismisses it and keeps that same link, or the same Amazon ASIN, from coming back for that product.

The other pieces in the video

A separate pass can spot other pieces in the video and add them to the lineup. That adds a piece, not a link. If you remove a piece, it is not added back. The first accepted piece can rename a placeholder called (to identify). It does not rename a featured product that already has a link, so a ready post stays ready.
