Nomad Studios Agency, LLC operates Raindrop. We store your email, a password hash, Stripe’s customer id and subscription status (not your card), the videos and affiliate links in your library, and the platform tokens you connect. Tokens and Amazon client secrets are encrypted. We use tokens to import, to post what you approve, and to send the comment replies you turned on.

We do not sell personal information, share it for advertising, or use it to train AI models. The only cookie is a session cookie that keeps a creator logged in. Public guides count views and clicks without a cookie and without storing an IP address on the event. The waitlist form does store IP address and user agent.

Subprocessors: Neon (database), Google Cloud Storage and Cloud Run (media and the app), Stripe (billing), Resend (email). Platforms you connect: Meta, Google, Pinterest, TikTok, and Amazon when you use your own tags or API credentials.

Delete the account in Settings, or email privacy@raindrop.app. Meta’s data-deletion callback is /webhooks/meta/deletion. That removes your rows, tokens, and media. State privacy requests go to the same address.
