The SHOP comment and the DM
The word people comment, the DM they get back, and the comment linkhaus will not post for you.
Instagram captions cannot hold a link. The comment is the link. The default word is SHOP. Under Posting you can change it to another word, 2 to 12 letters. Clearing the field goes back to SHOP.
A caption tells people to comment that word, or to search the haus for the post number. Someone who comments the word can get a DM with the links and the haus URL for that number, like linkhaus.ai/@sarah/2542.
What you still do
linkhaus does not leave the first SHOP comment on its own. Once a post is live on Instagram and has links, you add that comment from the post. It also does not send a DM until that comment flow is on and the post has a working link.
If ManyChat or another tool still answers the same Instagram, turn it off so a comment is not answered twice.
