Terms of Service

Effective October 5, 2026. LinkHaus is a paid product of Link Haus, LLC (“Link Haus,” “we”). These terms are a contract between Link Haus and the creator who creates an account or pays for a subscription (“you”).

A creator’s public shopping guide is that creator’s page. Shoppers who open a guide buy from the retailer, not from us, and these terms are not a sale of those products. The Privacy Policy describes what we do with personal information, including the session cookie used to keep you logged in.

The product

LinkHaus imports videos you own, holds affiliate links you provide, and — after you approve a video — posts it to the Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Pinterest accounts you connected, on a schedule. It can reply to comments with those links. It hosts a public guide at /@your-name. It does not post to TikTok. You attach Shop products in the TikTok app.

We may change, suspend, or remove a feature. We will not use a connected account to post a video you have not approved.

Accounts

You need an account to use the paid product. You must be at least 18, use a real email, and keep the password to yourself. You are responsible for activity under the account. Tell us at shie@linkhaus.ai if you believe someone else is using it.

You connect your own platforms. You are responsible for having the rights to the videos and for the affiliate programs you use (ShopMy, LTK, Amazon, and anything you paste). We store tokens only to act as you, on the posts you approve. You can disconnect a platform in Settings. Disconnecting stops future use of that token. It does not take down posts already published.

Your content

You keep ownership of the videos, images, captions, and links you submit. You give Link Haus a non-exclusive license to host, store, transcode, display, and transmit that content solely to operate LinkHaus for you: to keep the library, to publish to platforms you connected after you approve a post, to send the comment replies you turned on, and to show your public guide. The license ends when the content and the account are deleted, except for copies a platform already published and copies we must keep for a legal reason.

You will not submit content you do not have the rights to post, or content that is unlawful. Feedback you send us about the product (ideas, bug reports) may be used by Link Haus to operate and improve LinkHaus without owing you a fee.

Subscription

LinkHaus is $99 per month, billed by Stripe, until you cancel. Cancel in the billing portal. Access to posting and comment replies stops when a payment fails and stays stopped until Stripe reports the subscription active again. The library stays readable. Fees already paid are not refunded except where the law requires it. Taxes may be added by Stripe where they apply.

Platforms can say no

Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok, and Amazon each approve their own apps and accounts. A connect button works only when that platform has approved our app and your account. We do not promise a post will go live if the platform rejects it, rate-limits it, or changes its API. Your use of each platform is also governed by that platform’s terms.

Shopping guides

Product links are affiliate links. Purchases happen on the retailer’s site. We do not sell the products and we do not control price, stock, shipping, or returns. You are responsible for the accuracy of the links and claims on your guide, and for any disclosure your affiliate programs require.

Acceptable use

Do not use LinkHaus to post content you do not have rights to, to harass people, to break a platform’s rules, to probe or disrupt the Service, to attempt to access another creator’s library, or to resell access to the Service. We can suspend or close an account that does. The software, design, and documentation of LinkHaus are Link Haus’s. You receive a limited right to use the Service while your subscription is active. You do not receive a right to copy the software or to reverse engineer it except where the law forbids that restriction.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the extent the law allows. We do not warrant that posting, comment replies, imports, or guides will be uninterrupted or error-free.

We are not liable for lost commissions, a platform outage, a token the platform revokes, or a video a platform refuses. Our total liability arising out of the Service in any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the month before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Some states do not allow these limits. In those states, the limits apply only as far as the law allows.

Your responsibility for disputes you cause

If a third party brings a claim against Link Haus because of your content, your affiliate links, your connected accounts, or your misuse of the Service, you will indemnify Link Haus for the resulting damages and reasonable legal fees, except to the extent the claim is caused by our own breach of these terms. We will tell you about the claim.

Ending the account

You can delete the account in Settings (type DELETE) or cancel the subscription in the billing portal. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that we are required to close, or that poses a security risk. Sections that should survive — content license for copies already published, disclaimers, liability limit, indemnity, and this sentence — survive deletion.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version at this URL and changing the effective date. If a change is material, we will also email the address on the account. The new terms apply from the effective date. If you do not agree, cancel and delete the account before that date.
